Mission Statement:
We will gain and maintain employer support for Guard and Reserve service by recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of the law, and resolving conflicts through informal mediation.

ESGR volunteers provide free consulting, educational and informal mediation services to employers and their Guard and Reserve employees, and we also recognize our employers for their patriotic support with a comprehensive awards recognition program.
