| Establish policies/procedures, provide advice, and make recommendations on J6 matters (including CIO & C4) to the Chief, National Guard Bureau for supporting joint military, Combatant Command, interagency, and Joint Force Headquarters (State) information sharing for the Homeland Security mission. Develop National Guard Bureau corporate J6 Strategy, to include C4 programs in the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard for incorporation and use in a trusted, sharing environment for HLS response. Provide oversight for the National Guard role in the Joint CONUS Communications Support Environment. |

| We serve as the principle advisor to the USPFO on all automation matters. Provides data processing, software/hardware maintenance and data transmission services. Provides customer support services for internal and external customers. Provides system administration and database administration/support. Provides programming and analysis, web design, local/wide area networking, secure communications, information system security for systems contained within the USPFO and initial/sustainment training for DPI personnel. Maintains the database of record for NGB and provides for relocation in the event of an emergency or major malfunction.
